It's interesting how people deal with problems. Some people kick and scream their whole lives like the smallest problems are the end of the world. Some people go tell on the people they have the problems with. Others bottle it up and never let it out until something sets it off. Now, out of these examples, who is successful? I think it is all of them and none of them at the same time. Some people will do the kicking and screaming but in the end they get their way like a small child. The other side is that it might not work out in their favor and they just are stuck where they are and never move up. Those who go tell on other people do it at the right time which could move them up, but it might not work in their favor if they do. For instance, if a manager doesn't like to be bothered by the little office drama that goes on it might look bad if an employee brings it to them. And those who bottle it up could either sit in the same place or the fact that they do keep it inside and don't let it all out might make them look good. Now, I don't believe any person is just one of these because we all keep some things in and let some out, but in the work place I think it is a rather interesting dynamic. You never see all of the same kind of people in an office, a construction site, a restaurant, anything. I just believe that it is always a new society no matter where you go to work.
